We continue to consult with the sector on the products that we produce to ensure that they are fit for purpose and meet real need. Our consultation groups are representative of the sector and include:

·        Experienced leaders and managers

·        Those new to leadership

·        Subject specialists

·        Providers with an inspection outcome that is less than good

·        Providers with a good or better inspection outcome

·        Leaders and managers working in areas of great need through to those in more affluent areas

·        Term time only provision through to full day care settings

·        Teams working in purpose-built premises to those in rented community buildings with limitations on how their spaces can be used.

By doing this, we hope to create well rounded tools that support leaders and managers in their day-to-day roles.
